Return, Refund and Replacement Policy

At Mahadev Artifact, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade products. Each item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our high standards.

Damaged Items and Replacements

While we do not offer returns or refunds at this time, we understand that, on rare occasions, items may arrive damaged during transit. In such cases, we are happy to offer a replacement.

To qualify for a replacement:

Unboxing Video Required: You must provide a clear video of the unboxing process, showing the condition of the product as you open the package for the first time. This video must clearly display the damage.

Report Timeframe: Please notify us of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the product.
