- We handcraft each product with care, so processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the order. We will notify you if there are any delays in processing.

-For customized products, please note that processing times will take longer, approximately 9-11 business days, as each custom item is handcrafted to your specifications

2. Shipping Options and Costs

- We offer both standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times for standard delivery are 5-9 business days depending on the location within India.

4. No International Shipping

Currently, we only offer shipping within India. We do not ship to international destinations.

All orders are shipped with care, but once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit unless otherwise stated in our policies.
